Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality digital illustrations, icons, and visual assets for the well-being platform and marketing content.
Match and extend the existing illustration style to ensure a cohesive visual identity across products.
Develop 2D animations and motion graphics for in-app interactions, onboarding flows, and learning experiences.
Use Rive or similar tools to create lightweight, scalable animations for interactive and mobile environments.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure visuals are aligned with user needs and product goals.
Contribute to mood boards, visual concepts, and asset iterations during the creative process.
Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and is optimized for mobile.
Support more senior team members with ongoing projects and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a program in Illustration, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Portfolio demonstrating strong digital illustration and animation work—especially for mobile or digital products.
Ability to match and build upon an existing illustration style.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, After Effects/Rive/or similar.
Experience creating micro-interactions or motion graphics using Rive, Lottie, or similar.
Understanding of how visual storytelling and motion enhance user experience.
Interest in health, well-being, or behavior change is a plus!
