About the Role
The UX Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces for software applications, collaborating with clinical teams, and ensuring the usability and effectiveness of the design. This role is based onsite in Waukesha, WI, and involves working within a medical imaging context, specifically in areas such as CT. The position requires a self-motivated individual with experience in design systems and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

- Write user requirements
- Create workflows
- Lead design reviews
- Request and incorporate feedback from internal and external clinical teams
Requirements
- Experience within a Design System
- Self-motivated, self-starter
- Collaboration and communication with cross functional global team
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with ETHOS Design System
- Previous experience working in Medical Imaging, CT
