Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire, motivate, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share and drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts.
  • Leverage extensive network and build new relationships with key decision-makers across various consumer-facing verticals including technology, automotive, CPG, alcohol, telecommunications, government, retail, and QSR.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipelines, providing accurate reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Structure innovative advertising and media solutions such as display/media, original shows, sponsorships, branded content, social-first campaigns, experiential, programmatic, and commerce.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the digital media landscape, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify challenges and proactively implement solutions to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a quota-carrying sales team.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to meet and exceed sales goals in a competitive market.
  • Strong existing network of senior-level relationships across tech, auto, CPG, alcohol, telco, government, retail, and QSR sectors.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to manage client relationships and team coordination.
  • Proactive, driven, and relentless in pursuit of excellence with a natural curiosity for industry trends.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker capable of crafting bespoke solutions and executing long-term sales visions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with effective negotiation abilities.
  • Unwavering work ethic and commitment to achieving results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
