Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple competing priorities under pressure while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
• Lead data governance and data management initiatives in a global enterprise environment.
• Develop and implement best practices for data governance and data management.
• Influence relevant parties to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage data and processes with an understanding of database and schema design.
• Lead and inspire a global team, building momentum and fostering collaboration.
• Apply Agile methodology and Scrum practices such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and execution.
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholder groups through listening and conveying messages.
• Develop creative and structured solutions to complex data-related challenges.
