Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline generation, with accountability for performance across segments and channels.
  • Build and execute a data-driven, full-funnel demand generation strategy, including acquisition, expansion, and migration.
  • Manage campaigns spanning digital, email, paid media, ABM, and events, aligned to buyer journeys and bookings targets.
  • Continuously optimize channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign tactics based on performance data, focusing on pipeline efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead marketing operations and performance infrastructure, ensuring scalable processes, accurate attribution, and real-time visibility into marketing effectiveness.
  • Support customer lifecycle marketing—including retention, upsell, and advocacy—in collaboration with Customer Success and Product Marketing.
  • Own and evolve the marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are integrated, adopted, and delivering value across the funnel.
  • Analyze, synthesize, and act on campaign and pipeline performance data, providing insights on what’s working and next steps.
  • Align closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps to ensure a unified GTM motion, shared targets, and seamless handoffs.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to build alignment and optimize lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using attribution, performance dashboards, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence at all organizational levels.

Nice to Have

  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, digital marketing, and campaign orchestration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage agency relationships, and scale global programs.
  • Proven success driving pipeline growth and marketing-sourced revenue at scale.
