About the Role

The Vice President, Global Product Pillar Leader, Marketing Solutions Identity at TransUnion is responsible for driving product innovation and growth within the Marketing Solutions business by developing and executing a global Identity strategy. This role involves owning the strategy, vision, and implementation of core Identity products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading global initiatives to enhance product offerings and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and execute the three-year product roadmap plan for the Identity pillar.
  • Gather market intelligence on macro-economic and industry trends, consumer behaviors, regulatory changes, disruptive innovations, and competitive offerings to validate and refine the product roadmap.
  • Develop product concepts leveraging internal and external customer feedback and market insights.
  • Define global products with consideration for regional localization.
  • Identify partnership needs and vendors to support additional partnerships, integrations, or data needs.
  • Ensure successful rollout of new products to Market & Sales teams and support the development and delivery of comprehensive product training.
  • Prioritize data investments and product development roadmap based on input from vertical leaders and sales teams.
  • Drive localization efforts based on the global product plan and manage local product alignment.
  • Track product lifecycle, manage retirement and migration with regional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Build and steward the implementation of the Identity strategy, incorporating voice of the customer, regional leaders, and market needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Global Technology, Business Operations, and regional/vertical strategy teams to define and execute overarching strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, advertising technology, or related roles with a proven track record of delivering value.
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in product management and innovation.
  • Strong background in risk management.
  • Executive management and leadership experience in building and growing global teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategies for organizational initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • MBA or other Master's degree highly desired.
  • Agile and emotionally intelligent with ability to work well in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Experience tracking, prioritizing, and managing product lifecycle including migration, integration, and retirement.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with success in whitespace opportunities.
  • Experience working with media platforms, publishers, and advertisers.
  • Understanding of global marketing landscape, privacy, compliance, and data regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage product strategists and leaders.
  • Knowledge of cloud partner capabilities and management.
  • Experience developing and delivering product roadmaps and business cases.
  • Excellent communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership mindset.
  • Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Driven by curiosity, independent thinking, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
