About the Role

The Vice President, Global Product Pillar Leader, Marketing Solutions Measurement at TransUnion is responsible for driving product innovation and executing a global Measurement strategy within the Marketing Solutions business. This role involves developing and implementing the strategy for core Measurement products, collaborating with various teams across regions and verticals, and leading the growth of the business through product leadership and strategic planning. The position is global in scope and requires a senior leader with extensive experience in product management, marketing technology, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and execute the three-year product roadmap plan for the Measurement pillar.
  • Gather market intelligence on macro-economic and industry trends, consumer behaviors, regulatory changes, disruptive innovations, and competitive offerings to refine the product roadmap.
  • Develop product concepts leveraging customer feedback and market insights.
  • Define global products with consideration for regional localization needs.
  • Identify partnership needs and vendors for additional partnerships, integrations, or data needs.
  • Ensure successful rollout of new products to Market & Sales teams and support product training.
  • Prioritize data investments and product development roadmap based on input from vertical leaders and sales teams.
  • Manage localization needs and oversee product lifecycle including migration, retirement, and regional alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Partner with Data Asset Management, Global Technology, Business Operations, and regional/vertical teams to define and execute overarching strategies.
  • Drive growth of the Marketing Solutions business through product innovation and strategy execution.
  • Build and steward the implementation of the Measurement strategy, incorporating voice of the customer, market leaders, and defining data and product roadmaps.
  • Manage and develop senior product strategists and leaders.
  • Develop business cases and advocate for investments, partnering with market and IT teams.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels and functions, and exude accountability and ownership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, advertising technology, or related roles with a track record of delivering value.
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in product management and innovation.
  • Strong background in risk management.
  • Executive management and leadership experience in building and growing global teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategies for organizational initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline.
  • MBA or other Master's degree highly desired.
  • Agile and emotionally intelligent with ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Experience tracking, prioritizing, and managing product lifecycle including migration, integration, and retirement.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to work with whitespace opportunities.
  • Experience working with media platforms, publishers, and advertisers.
  • Understanding of marketing global landscape, privacy, compliance, and data regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage product strategists and leaders.
  • Experience developing and delivering product roadmaps and business cases.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Driven by curiosity, independent thinking, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications
