Vice President, Integrated AI Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build, teach, and scale AI-driven marketing practices to elevate performance across the marketing organization.
• Lead the design and execution of high-value digital marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools such as propensity modeling, audience targeting, and campaign tailoring to enhance personalization and customer engagement.
• Deliver actionable analytics including campaign ROI, pipeline influence, engagement metrics, and reputation/perception metrics to inform marketing and executive decisions.
• Translate customer, campaign, and market insights into actionable recommendations for external communications and AI innovation authority.
• Partner with marketing and communication leaders to design, test, and execute targeted ABM programs.
• Apply digital marketing best practices across campaigns while tailoring initiatives for key accounts and verticals.
• Identify account similarities and trends to maximize efficiency and content opportunities.
• Support marketing leadership in optimizing team effectiveness, process improvements, and capability development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven marketing practices into broader workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with strong expertise in digital marketing and/or account-based marketing (ABM).
• Proven track record in implementing AI or advanced analytics within marketing programs.
• Experience supporting marketing transformation initiatives, including process optimization and team capability enhancement.
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools such as Intensify, predictive analytics platforms, DemandBase, or similar.
• Strong strategic planning skills combined with hands-on execution ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Background in enterprise technology, SaaS, or information services industries.
• Experience working in organizations undergoing marketing transformation.
• Exposure to SAP, AWS, or other organizations recognized for advanced marketing models.
