Key Responsibilities

Architect the Marketing Strategy: Own the end-to-end marketing vision for Oncology solutions, including developing market segmentation, product positioning, and messaging that resonates with clinical audiences.
Drive Commercial Growth: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans in partnership with Oncology GM and Sales leadership to contribute to revenue growth, increase market share, and meet business objectives.
Craft Compelling Narratives & Campaigns: Translate complex genomic and clinical concepts into clear stories and design multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and establish Tempus as a thought leader in precision oncology.
Foster Deep Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as a strategic partner to Product, R&D, Sales, and Medical Affairs to synchronize and optimize commercial and product strategies.
Build a World-Class Content Engine: Oversee creation and dissemination of impactful content such as clinical publications, white papers, sales tools, and digital assets.
Establish a Data-Driven Marketing Culture: Define, track, and report on KPIs and marketing ROI to optimize campaign performance and resource allocation.
Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team: Mentor, develop, and recruit talented marketing professionals.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior roles within oncology, diagnostics, life sciences, or related healthcare technology fields.
Deep scientific and market expertise in oncology, including diagnostics, genomics, and clinical workflows.
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to translate complex scientific concepts into clear value propositions.
Proven track record in developing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and adoption.
Experience building, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects through influence.
Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Analytically minded with experience using data to drive strategy and measure impact.
Bachelor's degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $190,000-$250,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
