Vice President of Marketing - home builder, Online Consultants

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the home building segment, focusing on single-family homes.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with online consultants and advisors to enhance digital marketing efforts and customer engagement strategies.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content that resonate with target audiences, including online and offline channels.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Establish partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real estate industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the home building or construction industry.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies for single-family homes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing a marketing department.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, online consulting, and customer relationship management tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with online advisors and online consulting services.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and real estate partnerships.
• Entry level homes experience.

Qualifications
