About the Role

The Vice President, Search Marketing - SEO and SEM at Spectrum is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across enterprise-wide digital channels. The role involves collaborating with various teams to develop strategies that drive sales, growth, and customer engagement, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and AI in Search. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-performing, dedicated team of marketing experts to provide world-class experience, knowledge, and execution.
  • Lead the planning and execution of strategy, tactics, and measurement for integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales and results across all product lines.
  • Design and implement multiple strategies tailored to the connectivity space, including demand generation efforts such as digital campaigns (SEO, SEM) to generate qualified leads and accelerate growth.
  • Use data and analytics tools (SEMRush, Google Analytics, Adobe suite, etc.) to track performance and optimize marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on real-time feedback.
  • Collaborate with website architecture, creative, competitive intelligence, analytics, and research teams to understand prospect, customer, and mover behavior, triggers, and metrics.
  • Build a content engine that produces high-value content such as blogs, white papers, case studies, and webinars to support subscriber growth.
  • Develop marketing plans, facilitate metrics and reporting, and analyze performance to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support efforts to enhance the customer experience through forecasting, identifying opportunities, and extending reach to meet or exceed metric goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct, mass, and/or digital marketing experience.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing marketing teams.
  • 8+ years of experience with marketing analytics.
  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in mover marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline and/or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong knowledge of cable products, features, and cable mover marketing programs.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, develop recommendations, and work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and present to executive management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Knowledge of cable television, high-speed Internet, phone products, including mobile services.
  • Experience within marketing planning, execution, and campaign analytics in the cable industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience.
  • Experience in mass, digital, and direct marketing planning at an executive level.
