Videographer/social media manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Film and photograph active job sites (before/after shots, progress clips, team highlights, customer reviews).
• Edit and produce short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Write engaging captions and post regularly on social media (3-5x per week).
• Track content performance (views, likes, comments) and suggest improvements.
• Capture candid behind-the-scenes content to build our brand personality.
• Occasionally interview happy customers for short testimonial clips (optional bonus).

Requirements

• Experience filming/editing social media videos (phone or camera OK).
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, iMovie, Premiere, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and show up to job sites around Seattle.
• Strong understanding of social media trends (Instagram Reels/TikTok preferred).
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

Nice to Have

• Experience with home services or construction content.
• Graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop).
• Drone footage experience (not required).
