Job Description

About the Role

As a VIP Account Manager at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will be responsible for managing and building a portfolio of VIP players. The VIP Account Manager will improve the VIP player experience, overall optimizing player value and retention for FBG's sports betting and online casino products. Reporting into VIP leadership, you will play an integral role on the VIP team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and build a portfolio of VIP players & develop relationships with those customers through enhanced service and proactive correspondence.
  • Regularly engage with VIP players to monitor and identify opportunities to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Meet predetermined productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Provide detailed reports on your Customer Portfolio to both your line managers and relevant departments within the business.
  • Help to plan, attend and host VIP player events.
  • Deliver against company responsible gaming metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high end customer service field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must reside within a state where online sports betting is currently legalized.
  • Business to Customer Sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the online gaming industry is preferred.
  • Strives to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Appetite to deliver service levels above and beyond expectations.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours.
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly.
  • Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Travel for this role is expected around 25% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in high end customer service field.
  • Business to Customer Sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the online gaming industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high end customer service preferred.
