VP, Brand Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leads, plans and directs marketing and communication strategies supporting the Company's public image and the brand's verbal and visual identities.
• Develops and executes branding and positioning strategies that establish the Company as the leader in the industry.
• Leads brand architecture and ensures consistency across all touchpoints.
• Oversees and provides leadership for projection of the brand, including marketing mix planning, messaging and editorial by both internal teams and external vendors such as public relations and media agencies.
• Ensures coordination of marketing messages with internal and external investor relations teams; works with investor relations to support and evolve corporate positioning.
• Leads and directs the Company's corporate image; partners with external agencies in Public Relations.
• Establishes and oversees adherence to brand guidelines in marketing and operational client- and provider-facing materials; oversees creative direction for visual branding.
• Collaborates with creative, digital, and media teams to deliver impactful messaging.
• Manages and mentors a team of brand marketers, designers, and strategists.
• Fosters a culture of creativity, innovation, and performance.
• Leverages market research and consumer insights to inform brand decisions.
• Monitors brand health metrics and performance.
• Collaborates, coordinates, and communicates across disciplines and departments.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
• Participates in leadership initiatives and contributes to departmental budget planning and strategy development.
• Recommends and implements policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manages talent actions including hiring, firing, discipline, and training.
