Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on demand generation and digital marketing.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team currently consisting of a Demand Generation Manager, a Product Marketing and Content Manager, and two Market Managers (responsible for events and sales collaboration).
  • Strategically evaluate and potentially integrate a new team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to report directly or with a dotted line into the Marketing function, depending on prior experience.
  • Drive the overall digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and website optimization, to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective targeting.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales efforts, optimize lead hand-off processes, and support sales enablement.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Chief Product Officer on staying appraised of industry drivers, market changes, and competition.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrating clear ROI on marketing investments.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee product marketing initiatives, ensuring clear value propositions and effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions.
  • Champion the Circle brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director or VP of Marketing).
  • Prior experience in a similar role working for a software medical equipment company is essential.
  • Experience working for a high-growth mid-size company with annual revenue between $35M and $50M.
  • Demonstrated experience as a close collaborator to the executive leadership team.
  • Proven expertise in demand generation and digital marketing strategies and execution within a B2B context.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong focus on results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience marketing to public and private healthcare institutions, as well as OEM modality vendors, is a significant asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
