About the Role

Wonder is a food-tech startup that aims to make world-class food accessible to everyone through a vertically integrated dining experience, combining brick-and-mortar locations, delivery, and dine-in options. Backed by top-tier venture capitalists and led by experienced entrepreneurs, Wonder is pioneering a new category of dining called “Fast-Fine” and is focused on growth and innovation in the food and technology industries.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive a holistic marketing and growth strategy to rapidly scale the Consumer business, delivering on business KPIs and overall performance
Develop strategic, omni-channel marketing plans inclusive of launching new marketing channels and optimizing / evolving existing channels
Closely monitor business performance daily, identifying performance drivers and reacting quickly and strategically
Ensure continued performance of existing locations while developing and executing an ambitious expansion plan for new locations
Partner closely with other commercial functions (merchandising, product, creative, etc.) to drive active customer growth
Strengthen partnerships with external vendors and media companies

Requirements

10+ years of experience as a full-stack marketer, managing brand and growth marketing teams within an omnichannel environment
Deep fluency in acquisition and retention marketing across channels such as TV/Video, Social, Podcasts/Radio, Print, Email and more
Track record of building marketing programs from the ground-up
Strong commercial orientation, understanding of consumer behavior and competitive dynamics
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proven talent magnet who has built and maintained high-performing teams
