About the Role

VRAI is a fast-growing digital-first direct-to-consumer brand specializing in modernizing diamond jewelry through sustainably created diamonds. The role of VP of Digital Growth involves leading the strategic expansion of VRAI.com, focusing on accelerating digital growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention while managing the digital P&L and building a high-performing digital engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the digital growth strategy across customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Drive lifecycle and retention marketing strategies across CRM, email, SMS, and personalization to enhance user engagement and lifetime value.
  • Oversee campaign execution and performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, and emerging digital channels, ensuring strong ROI and experimentation at scale.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and performance levers across the full digital funnel.
  • Build and manage a high-impact team across e-commerce, development, UX/UI, analytics, and growth to execute rapid experimentation and optimize user experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in digital e-commerce and development management in growth-focused roles.
  • At least 4+ years in a leadership position within a growing and successful digital brand, ideally with high-value price items.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital revenue and customer acquisition through data-driven strategies and experimentation.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, CRO, digital analytics, and growth loops.
  • Strong command of tools like Meta, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, Looker, Amplitude, etc.
  • Strong P&L ownership mindset, with experience managing $2M+ monthly budgets and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Strategic leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a bias toward action in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with high-value luxury or jewelry brands is preferred.
  • Experience working in a global, multi-location organization.
