The Vice President of Product and Solutions Marketing (PSM) will lead our talented team to develop a unified, differentiated narrative for our technology leadership, fostering growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Product & Solutions Marketing team to shape Synopsys' technology narrative and drive market leadership.
Act as a strategic partner to product management and executive leadership, influencing business direction and priorities.
Develop and promote a unified 'One Synopsys' message for our offerings in collaboration with product management, sales, and digital marketing.
Expand market reach and drive adoption through effective demand generation campaigns.
Ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns through cross-functional teamwork.
Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Foster a creative, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture that drives high performance and innovation.

Requirements

Extensive experience in product and solutions marketing, including successful leadership roles.
Expertise in executing product campaigns, understanding target personas, and making data-driven decisions.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities with a track record of translating insights into actionable plans.
Bachelor's degree in electronic or computer engineering; MBA preferred.
15+ years in product management or marketing, with at least 5 years in the EDA or semiconductor industry.
Deep understanding of the EDA market and technologies (highly preferred).
Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performance marketing teams.
