The Vice President of Product and Solutions Marketing (PSM) will lead our marketing team, craft compelling narratives around our technology leadership, and collaborate across functions to expand market reach and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Product & Solutions Marketing team, inspiring and mentoring high-performing professionals.
Develop and promote a unified 'One Synopsys' message in partnership with product management, sales, and digital marketing.
Advance Synopsys' industry leadership with a compelling technology narrative.
Act as a strategic partner to product management and executive leadership, influencing business direction and priorities.
Foster a creative, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture, driving high performance and innovation.
Ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns through cross-functional teamwork, measured by SQLs and pipeline growth.
Elevate Synopsys' brand and market presence by showcasing customer advocacy and thought leadership.
Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

Extensive experience in product and solutions marketing, including successful leadership roles.
Expertise in executing product campaigns, understanding target personas, and making data-driven decisions.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a track record of translating insights into actionable plans.
Bachelor's degree in electronic or computer engineering; MBA preferred.
15+ years in product management or marketing, with at least 5 years in the EDA or semiconductor industry.
Deep understanding of the EDA market and technologies (highly preferred).
Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performance marketing teams.

Nice to Have

Deep understanding of the EDA market and technologies (highly preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electronic or computer engineering.
MBA (preferred).
15+ years in product management or marketing, with at least 5 years in the EDA or semiconductor industry.
