Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Scale the Team: Build and mentor a high-performing Product Marketing organization. Define the vision for how PMM drives growth, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Market & Buyer Insights: Own the deep understanding of our buyers, their journeys, and key personas. Translate competitive and market intelligence into actionable strategies that influence roadmap, GTM, and positioning.
  • Positioning & Narrative: Craft compelling, benefit-driven value propositions for our platform and solutions. Define and own Botify's category story, ensuring differentiation in a crowded market.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Build and execute integrated GTM strategies for product launches and campaigns. Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable impact on revenue and adoption.
  • Enablement & Content Excellence: Deliver world-class enablement for Sales and Customer Success - playbooks, training, competitive battlecards. Create customer-facing content (guides, webinars, demo videos) that elevates our brand and simplifies adoption.
  • Thought Leadership & Market Visibility: Elevate Botify's visibility with customers, analysts, and media. Own analyst relations: shape how leading analyst firms perceive Botify, drive coverage, and influence market landscapes.
  • Define and track PMM objectives, showing direct contribution to pipeline, revenue, and retention.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Marketing leadership in B2B SaaS, ideally MarTech, AI, or search technology.
  • Experience scaling product marketing from growth stage to larger enterprise context.
  • Proven ability to balance strategy with execution - from category-defining narratives to building a battlecard.
  • Outstanding communicator who can inspire executives, customers, analysts, and internal teams alike.
  • Deep AI/ML and search ecosystem expertise (SEO, NLP, agentic AI) strongly preferred.
  • Pragmatic Institute training or certification is a strong plus.
  • Experience in retail and/or e-commerce industries a strong advantage.
  • Customer-obsessed, data-driven mindset; skilled at using insights and experimentation to drive impact.
  • Global experience: comfortable leading across geographies and working with diverse teams.

Nice to Have

  • Deep AI/ML and search ecosystem expertise (SEO, NLP, agentic AI) strongly preferred.
