About the Role

Our Client, a Leading Global Investment Firm company, is looking for a Warehouse Channel Contractor for their Brighton, MA/Hybrid location. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the firm's strategic expansion into the private wealth space, helping reshape how individual investors access private markets through trusted financial advisor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the voice of warehouse advisors by deeply understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations — and deliver marketing that empowers them to better serve their clients with innovative private market solutions
  • Lead, develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business results and deepen Client's engagement with warehouse advisors using a wide variety of marketing tools
  • Develop multi-channel marketing collateral that aligns with the goals of the distribution team — including email and social media campaigns and journeys, events, digital assets and value-add programs — and shepherd collateral through review processes
  • Tailor messaging to firm investment guidance and publications to make it relevant for advisors and aligned with their home office viewpoints
  • Utilize strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and execute projects from beginning to end in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and providing timely updates to stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate world-class in-person and virtual events and conference experiences to deepen relationships with advisors and grow Client's brand
  • Lead weekly check-ins with sales leaders and key account relationship managers to align marketing strategies and review marketing performance
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns by setting specific and measurable marketing goals, leverage data to inform optimization and rationalization, and share key metrics and insights with relevant stakeholders on a consistent basis
  • Work with home office marketing teams to get Client information approved and shared internally at warehouse firms
  • Design and optimize lead generation workflows using CRM segmentation, ensuring efficient collaboration with sales teams and maximizing conversion from marketing engagement to advisor activation
  • Develop deep partnerships and work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product strategy, strategic accounts and compliance colleagues

  • Outstanding project management and prioritization skills, with experience leading strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
  • Comfortable working in a data-driven environment, utilizing analytics to inform creative decisions and ROI-driven marketing
  • Resourceful and independent marketer who thrives on thinking critically, generating creative ideas, solving sophisticated problems and dealing with ambiguity
  • Standout teammate who builds positive relationships and collaborates across multiple levels of a globally diverse organization
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities concurrently and managing business expectations
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, takes ownership of work quality and tight deadlines and pursues continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, including editing and proofreading
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and a track record for building consensus, credibility and trust through consistent behavior, integrity and judgment
  • Intellectual curiosity with a dedication to professional development and an ability to learn and stay on top of emerging trends and competitor best practices
  • 3+ years of relevant financial marketing experience, preferably with a focus on the private wealth distribution channel, wirehouse firms, and private markets vehicles
