About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces tailored to healthcare-specific needs.
• Manage and update the organization's content management system, ensuring consistent styling and functionality.
• Oversee collaboration with external development teams and vendors to meet technical and design requirements.
• Optimize website performance, including speed and conversion paths, to enhance user engagement.
• Perform regular audits for broken links, plugin updates, and backups to ensure site reliability.
• Implement and analyze user behavior tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to guide design improvements.
• Maintain compliance with accessibility standards and regulatory requirements in all web updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website content and design with organizational goals.
• Create wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud for design planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with developers for complex integrations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in web design, content management, or front-end development.
• Proficiency in platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating intuitive UX/UI designs, with a portfolio showcasing healthcare, SaaS, or education projects.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and ADA compliance.
• Experience using web analytics tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps for data-driven design.
• Knowledge of web publishing tools, CSS, and wireframe creation using Figma or similar software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative, legal, and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues.
