About the Role

Global Sales Strategy & Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales priorities and works with sales leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales force, which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and is working to drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force comprised of more than 5,000 associates who sell to every major function, industry, and market sector around the world. The role involves leading initiatives to improve the usability, performance, and business impact of Gartner.com, focusing on user needs, product requirements, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop a product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
  • Translate ideas into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Partner with UX, marketing, and content teams to develop user experiences across gartner.com.
  • Use data and user feedback to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate on A/B tests and usability studies to validate hypotheses.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Align with marketing, SEO, and analytics teams to support campaign and content strategies.
  • Serve as the voice of the user in cross-functional discussions.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze site performance and user behavior to inform decisions.
  • Continuously iterate based on insights and feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital or web platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, web analytics, and lean methodologies.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and agile development teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Jira.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with web content management systems.
  • Knowledge of B2B buyer journeys.
  • Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
