Key Responsibilities

Building, editing, and optimizing webpages with consumer-centric content across BSWH websites.
Connecting user journeys, consumer research (including website analytics and SEO), and brand knowledge to business growth objectives.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to audit and assess web content.
Strategizing methods of content and page optimization.
Serving as point of contact for assigned service lines.
Driving performance improvement and conversion rate optimization along with business partners.

Requirements

Ability to connect user journeys, consumer research, and brand knowledge to business growth objectives.
Critical thinking and a keen eye for detail in content, page performance, and user experience.
Good communication skills to share ideas and insights and back decisions with data.
Experience or knowledge related to web content management, analytics, or SEO is implied.
