About the Role

Webinar Content & Marketing Specialist at Northwell Health, a role focused on crafting educational webinar content and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support healthcare marketing initiatives through compelling storytelling and omnichannel campaigns. The position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, external influencers, and creative teams to deliver engaging digital experiences that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective, relevant, and educational webinar content in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external influencers, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers, and suppliers.
  • Support initiatives that drive brand awareness and generate leads for products, services, and technologies.
  • Connect lead generation efforts with sales channels and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement brand voice, tone, and style guidelines consistently across all content and channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop web, social, email, and landing page marketing assets.
  • Maximize reach and relevance of webinar content across digital channels including web, social media, and email marketing.
  • Drive national pilots on social platforms, proving ROI and organizing for scalability.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in webinar content marketing and editorial work focused on B2B and B2B2C audiences.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing channels and content marketing applications.
  • Experience supporting downstream marketing plans that drive revenue, gross profit, or demand generation.
  • Working knowledge of Zoom webinar hosting and partnering with freelancers for webinar hosting.
  • Proficiency with tools and systems such as Zoom, Asana, and other marketing platforms.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of dental industry practices (preferred).
