About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain multiple location websites to ensure accurate, up-to-date content, promotions, and compliance.
• Update menus, pricing, banners, and location-specific promotions as needed.
• Ensure website functionality and user experience are consistent across all platforms.
• Track and analyze website traffic and marketing campaign performance to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with in-house teams to gather content, update assets, and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for technical troubleshooting and updates when required.
• Monitor online reviews and local listings to support location-based reputation management.
• Assist in developing and executing website-related marketing strategies to drive traffic and customer engagement.
• Travel between locations to gather content, photos, and ensure alignment with in-store promotions and operations.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and monitor multiple websites simultaneously.
• Proficient in website platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to commute to and between multiple locations as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Prior experience in website management or digital marketing preferred.
