Weekend Inbound Phone Sales Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to the company mission.
• Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from a home office as an inside sales representative, with strong schedule adherence.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options.
• Work to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match families' needs.
• Refer families out to communities and schedule tours to drive move-ins.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
• Strong computer and typing skills, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system.
• Successfully complete new hire training program.
• Schedule availability to work Friday-Monday, 8am-7pm, including occasional holiday shifts.
• Work a 40-hour full-time schedule on an hourly, non-exempt basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or inbound call center roles.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.

Benefits & Perks

• Base Salary: $45,760 ($22.00 an hour).
• On Target Earnings: $74,000 ($28,240 variable bonus, uncapped).
