About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Executing the promotional CRM calendar, including building, testing, and scheduling promotional emails.
• Briefing the creative team on requirements for digital asset creation.
• Conducting A/B testing for promotional emails, including subject line and preheader variations.
• Assisting with reporting on multi-channel campaign performance.
• Supporting CRM strategy development through miscellaneous analytical projects.
• Managing ad hoc email sends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems or another related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytics.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly desired.
• Familiarity with HTML.

Qualifications
