About the Role

The Winter 2026 Co-op - SEO, Content, and Creative Operations role at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is based in Burlington, MA, and involves working with the Digital Marketing, Creative, and Content team. The position focuses on supporting content, creative, and SEO operations, providing opportunities to develop organizational, artistic, and analytical skills through cross-functional projects, professional development, and mentorship within a leading beverage company that values innovation, growth, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research for and support the creation of copy for SEO purposes.
Help build and maintain the Keurig blog.
Analyze content performance across keurig.com.
Perform competitive analysis on campaign, content, and marketplace trends.
Assist with projects for growth marketing channels such as SEO optimization of TikTok Shop products and asset management for paid marketing channels.

Requirements

Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university.
Major in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Analytics, Liberal Arts, Graphic Design, Journalism, Creative Writing, Photography, Fashion, Art, or a related field.
Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Must have permanent right to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

Experience with content management or SEO tools.
Previous internship or co-op experience in marketing or content creation.

Qualifications

Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
Major in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or Creative Arts.
