About the Role

The Wireless Sales Manager position at Premium Retail Services involves overseeing a team of Wireless Sales Pros across multiple retail locations, driving sales through personalized wireless solutions and customer education. The role is part of a company that operates in over 1200 Walmart Supercenter locations across North America, with a focus on sales, merchandising, and brand advocacy. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros, providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development.
  • Achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations.
  • Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
  • Exemplify a player-coach approach by setting the sales and training standard for top performance in your market.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top-quality talent across all assigned locations.
  • Embody the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination for both Premium, the client, in-store management, and associates.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Interest or experience in wireless sales is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Nice to Have

  • Knack for all things wireless.
  • Existing knowledge of the wireless category.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and leadership is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
