About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 1-3 Walmart Wireless Locations and oversee daily operations.
• Build and lead a sales team, including recruiting, coaching, and developing team members.
• Coach and create a collaborative team environment with a passion for sales.
• Sell side by side with the team every day to meet sales goals.
• Inspire the team through your presence and work ethic.
• Keep up to date on product knowledge to help the team deliver the right solutions.
• Run locations efficiently to maximize profitability.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and maintain operational excellence.
• Expertise in recruitment, coaching, and local employment standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Own vehicle and ability to travel often to store locations.
