About the Role

The Costume World is looking for a WordPress & Data Entry Website Assistant to help build and maintain their website, manage inventory online, and support the team in keeping the site user-friendly and well-structured. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pompano Beach, in a creative and fast-paced environment that contributes to theatrical, film, and event productions.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in building and maintaining the WordPress-based website
Uploading and organizing inventory, including photos, descriptions, and product tags
Collaborating with a team member to ensure accuracy and consistency
Helping with basic inventory tracking and organization
Supporting the team in keeping the website updated, user-friendly, and well-structured

Requirements

Experience with WordPress (posting, formatting, basic structure)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Comfortable with repetitive tasks like data entry and product uploading
Ability to work well with a partner and follow structured workflows

Nice to Have

Knowledge of SEO, eCommerce, or costume/fashion industry

Qualifications
