About the Role

The Jackson Internship Program is practical work experience that enhances a student's academic, career, and personal development while helping Jackson identify well-trained and talented individuals. The program provides students with an opportunity to use their skills, aid in their personal development, and have enjoyable and meaningful work assignments. It is an eight-week in-person summer internship starting June 1 and ending July 24, with a focus on supporting the Enterprise Marketing & Communications team to promote Jackson's brand and services through innovative and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support 4th quarter marketing campaign initiatives.
  • Contribute to quarterly marketing strategy development.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration across the entire Marketing organization.
  • Assist with market research, external communications, event support, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Participate in project-specific training and deliver challenging and meaningful assignments.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong initiative.
  • Must be a rising junior or senior (2025-2026 Sophomore or Junior).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketing or related fields.
  • Previous internship experience.
  • Additional technical skills or certifications related to marketing.

  • Undergraduate level - must be a rising junior or senior (2025-2026 Sophomore or Junior).
