About the Role

JBS USA is a leading global provider of diversified, high-quality food products, including a portfolio of well-recognized brands and innovative, easy-to-use food solutions. We process, prepare, package and deliver fresh and value-added premium meat, poultry and retail-ready food products for customers in approximately 100 countries on six continents. Our 6-month program is designed to give participants hands-on experience at our corporate office in Greeley, Colorado, with rotations through specific marketing departments to provide real-world experience and a thorough understanding of department functions supporting overall strategy. We seek individuals passionate about learning in a culturally diverse setting to make a sustainable agricultural impact on the global food supply.

Key Responsibilities

Spend the first 3-month rotation with one of our marketing departments, with potential for full-time placement afterward.
Assist the marketing team in optimizing product pages for retail websites.
Conduct market research of the protein category, specifically how that meat category interacts with different generations.
Work with marketing agencies to create and develop brand content.
Assist brand marketing managers with social media page content.
Develop and plan content for in-house university trainings on one of the proteins.
Attend brand meetings and assist in developing content planning.
Read reviews on retail websites for branded products and identify areas for improvement.
Proofread new product labels to ensure content accuracy.
Contribute ideas to help the team think creatively and own your experience.
Participate in two group-based Leadership Development Training sessions at our corporate headquarters in Greeley, CO.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Alignment with JBS core values and culture.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends.
Flexibility to relocate.
