The Global Vertical & Audience Strategy team oversees the development, execution, and reporting of campaigns that support global and regional priorities, aiming to generate awareness and demand for Zebra products and solutions. This internship is designed to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of Zebra Technologies' organization, including training, exposure to various functions, social activities, mentorship, and development sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Research assigned vertical, relevant personas, market trends, CX/BMI, and analytics data.
Design the customer journey to ensure delivery of the right message at the right time.
Develop a campaign where there is a gap to an identified audience.
Work with regional stakeholders and digital CoE to execute campaigns aligned to goals.
Measure and report on campaign performance.
Present project overview and outline recommendations based on performance data.
Develop planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
Increase technology knowledge and skills.
Develop team-based work proficiencies.
Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow-up activities.

Requirements

Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline.
Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026-2027.
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to Have

Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
Strong desire to understand the customer journey, demand processes, and best practices for awareness and demand creation and acceleration.
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences.
Ability to collaborate as part of a team.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline.
Anticipated graduation between December 2026 and 2027.
