The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with C-level leadership at Adobe's Enterprise customers to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe's digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, high-level architecture assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. We also bring a deep industry perspective to the organization, delivering vision, published thought leadership, and aligning the ecosystem on an overall industry go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take part in multiple strategy engagements for senior customers.
  • Contribute to developing insights and recommendations within a team.
  • Assess how improvements to customer journey and business capabilities will grow revenues, reduce costs, and generate business value.
  • Help customers write business cases to quantify value and rationalize technology investments.
  • Run ethnographic interviews and journey diagnostics to understand customers' unmet needs.
  • Build web and mobile app experiences that improve performance and delight customers, using Adobe XD for prototyping and testing.
  • Use Adobe's analytics dataset to compare digital business performance within industry and reveal insights for optimization.
  • Assess customers' technology landscape and data strategy to recommend solutions, integrations, and use cases.
  • Collaborate to define Adobe's perspective on impactful industry experiences and author thought leadership assets.
  • Work with deep subject matter specialists and contribute to industry leadership.
  • Align Adobe's industry and partner strategy and coordinate go-to-market efforts across functions.
  • Engage with teams across Adobe, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services, and rotate across DSG industry teams.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Outstanding record of academic achievement.
  • Interest in business strategy, technology, analytics or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities or work/internship experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Passion for new knowledge and ability to absorb concepts quickly.
  • High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with customer journey mapping and ethnographic research.
  • Familiarity with Adobe XD and prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and benchmarking datasets.
  • Understanding of technology landscape and data strategy.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026.

Benefits & Perks

  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $57,100 -- $101,450 annually, varying by location and experience.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
