The Opportunity Within Adobe's Digital Experience (DX) Cloud organization, we are laser focused on meeting our customers' needs. To best inform and prepare our customers to purchase an Adobe Digital Experience Solution, our Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) group works to better understand a customer's business and technical requirements, map them to the right Digital Experience Cloud solutions, and paint the vision for their future state tech stack. Solutions Consultants (SCs) are a team within the TPS group. Before a sale is made, the Solution Consultant plays a hybrid role of business consultant, technical sales counterpart, and Adobe DX technology expert acting as the trusted technical advisor for our customers as they embark on digital transformation initiatives and evaluate Adobe's role within them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in customer engagements on topics such as customer-centric business discovery, vision mapping and storytelling, solution recommendations, technology roadmap development, hardware sizing, technology architecture planning, and proof of concept execution.
  • Work with cross-organizational partners including sales, customer success, digital strategy, product marketing, product management, enterprise architects and solutions architects to develop customer pitches and presentations.
  • Learn to connect the dots between the customers' business problem and Adobe's solution offering to demonstrate value for the customer and their business.
  • Learn the pre-sales software business through classroom-style enablement and in-field apprenticeship.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Demonstrated interest in business strategy, digital marketing, technology, analytics or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for new knowledge, curious, resourceful, and able to both absorb concepts quickly and dive deeper into concepts that are unknown to figure out more.
  • Energetic, driven, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with hardware sizing and technology architecture planning.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026.

Benefits & Perks

  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,200 -- $145,000 annually, varying by location and experience.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
  • Additional incentives such as sales commissions or annual incentive plans depending on role.
