About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of market expansion initiatives across functions and customer segments
• Lead immunization strategies across point of care settings
• Lead assessment and roadmap of quality improvement measures
• Identify brand growth objectives and risk mitigation plans to maximize brand value
• Achieve annual sales and profit targets while updating short and long-term forecasts
• Develop professional marketing budgets in proportion to their impact on revenues to achieve the greatest profit contribution
• Continuously monitor and use insights from the rapidly-changing competitive landscape to shape overall brand strategy and adjust execution
• Develop and track key performance indicators to demonstrate impact against goals
• Collaborate with transversal partners to ensure alignment of brand strategic imperatives in sales, account management, medical, demand management priorities
• Routinely expand relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to uncover opportunities that enhance value to customers
• Recruit and develop talent
• Provide personal leadership to inspire and motivate marketing team, internal functions, and agency partners
• Model inclusion and diversity principles and behaviors in all ways of working
• Strengthen the team and company by creating a winning spirit and developing an excellence-oriented, customer-focused culture while fostering innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, with a BS in Business Administration or Life Sciences preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in Pharma/vaccines including 3 years of HCP marketing experience
• Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• MBA or master's degree
• Marketing, product launch, policy or marketing access experience in the U.S.
• Deep experience in the US within a buy and bill market
• Team leadership (people management) experience
• Demonstrated breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including influencing and collaborating with peers, developing and coaching others, overseeing and guiding colleagues to achieve outcomes
• Experience working with Regulatory, Legal, and Medical in a solutions-based partnership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (required), preferably in Business Administration or Life Sciences
• 8-10 years of experience in Pharma/vaccines, including 3 years in HCP marketing
