Join us as a 6Sense Execution Manager to orchestrate and optimize marketing campaigns using the 6sense platform, ensuring seamless execution of automated plays, audience segmentation, and omnichannel engagement strategies to drive pipeline growth and account-based marketing success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage automated and repeatable plays in 6sense, including cold-to-warm, disengaged-to-engaged, job change, and closed-lost reactivation workflows.
  • Leverage firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data to create dynamic audience segments, acquire contact, and prioritize in-market accounts.
  • Partner with field marketing, sales, and digital demand teams to align campaign goals and ensure timely execution.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on 6sense capabilities, providing training and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance using 6sense dashboards and other martech tools; deliver insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure qualified leads are routed effectively and supported with relevant insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with 6sense or similar ABM platforms.
  • Proven track record in executing digital marketing campaigns across email, display, and web channels.
  • Strong understanding of intent data, lead scoring, and funnel metrics.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools, as well as LinkedIn (including sales navigator) and Google Analytics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other marketing automation and analytics tools.
