About the Role

At T-Mobile, the Senior Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role at the heart of the Consumer Business unit. The core mission is to translate corporate growth priorities into high-impact product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, boost margins, and expand market share. The role involves serving as the strategic link between cross-functional partners—including Product Management, Finance, Go-To-Market Teams, Marketing, and Executive Leadership—to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for segment-specific solutions. Responsibilities span the entire product lifecycle, from market sizing and competitive analysis to go-to-market planning, launch execution, lifecycle management, and profitability optimization. The role requires blending analytical rigor with strategic insight and executional excellence to ensure successful product positioning aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with the buying audience and produce the source messaging blueprint.
  • Create product collateral such as data sheets, FAQs, technical briefs, and presentations for internal and customer-facing use.
  • Deliver webinars and training sessions as needed.
  • Develop and lead cross-functional execution of product marketing assets including audience segmentation, competitive positioning, pricing and packaging, messaging, launch, and operational plans.
  • Assist in product naming by providing market, competitive, and customer context.
  • Support launch planning and orchestrate execution of the commercial release of products and services.
  • Provide market and buyer insights to develop campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building.
  • Serve as market-facing SME/thought leader for the product and interface with industry analysts.
  • Develop customer references, testimonials, and insights for external and internal use.
  • Monitor and report on product performance in the market and communicate sales and marketing results.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of customer adoption and success, providing feedback to the product team.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field such as Computer Science.
  • 7 years of experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral tied to increased revenue.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and tactics in cooperation with Product Management and Sales.
  • Strong technical foundation with experience delivering segment-specific solutions.
  • Extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including content development, presentation, and editing.
  • Proven project management skills with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, demand generation, and sales.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Travel required occasionally.

  • MBA degree.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 7 years of product marketing experience.
