About the Role

This role involves independently planning and leading technical meetings with Engineering, Product Management, Corporate Marketing, and third-party stakeholders. The individual will conceptualize, develop, and manage a portfolio of advanced Research & Development and Mobile Compute demonstrations, ensuring on-time completion. The demonstrations include computer simulations, technical videos, competitive benchmarking, lab testing, and third-party applications. The position requires program management of a portfolio of 5G and Mobile Compute demonstrations, generating new ideas to showcase Qualcomm's innovations, and acting as a public spokesperson at trade shows and events. Telecommuting may be permitted, but reporting to Qualcomm's San Diego office is required when not remote.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and manage a portfolio of advanced R&D and Mobile Compute demonstrations, ensuring on-time delivery.
Lead technical meetings with Engineering, Product Management, Corporate Marketing, and third-party partners.
Generate new ideas and concepts to bring Qualcomm's innovations and products to life in engaging ways.
Manage planning, development, milestones, and execution of demonstration projects.
Maintain ongoing dialogue and hold regular meetings with stakeholders.
Ensure product experiences are relevant to target audiences.
Act as a public spokesperson for product experiences at trade shows and events.
Contribute to design reviews and project meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Four (4) years of experience in a related occupation.
Experience in planning and managing technical demonstrations or projects.
Ability to lead technical meetings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication skills for acting as a public spokesperson.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or foreign academic equivalent in a related field.
Four (4) years of relevant experience.
