Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze competitor releases, deconstruct product documentation, and summarize technical details into positioning, messaging, and tools that provide a competitive edge.
  • Build sales enablement materials such as battle cards, talk tracks, and objection-handling guides to ensure sales teams are prepared for market conversations.
  • Partner with product teams to identify competitive threats and whitespace, using AI-driven signals and technical analysis to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • Capture insights from sales calls, RFPs, and customer feedback, augmented by AI analysis, to refine positioning and sales plays.
  • Translate technical details into competitive advantages by reviewing product documentation, APIs, and release notes to identify weaknesses, opportunities, and differentiators.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, sales engineering, or competitive intelligence within SaaS, MarTech, or data platforms.
  • Technical knowledge with the ability to read product documentation, APIs, and release notes to evaluate functional depth and market impact.
  • Experience developing sales battlecards, competitive positioning, and deal-winning enablement materials.
  • Excellent storytelling, research, and synthesis skills to arm sellers with relevant insights.
  • Comfortable presenting to sales teams, executives, and customers in high-stakes settings.
  • Experience with win/loss analysis programs, analyst relations, or customer research is a plus.
