Our client, Real Art, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their team in Dayton, OH. Real Art is a creative agency that helps to bring bold ideas to life from start to finish. They help clients get noticed through innovative, one-of-a-kind campaigns designed to spark curiosity and instill a sense of wonder. They specialize in branding, content creation, experiential marketing, handling everything in-house from writing and video production to programming and fabrication. The role involves building strong client relationships, generating new business, and shaping creative strategies that leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching industry trends and initiating contact with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their marketing needs and presenting tailored strategies and creative solutions.
Lead and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns across platforms including web, social, video, and email.
Serve as the client's advocate, ensuring clear communication of expectations and goals throughout project execution.
Manage project logistics, including proposals, quotes, invoices, and timelines from initiation to completion.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, content, or client leadership, agency experience a plus.
Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Ability to travel occasionally.

Nice to Have

Experience with digital agency work.

Qualifications

Digital marketing experience: 3 years.
Adobe Creative Suite experience: 3 years.
Experience working in a digital agency: 3 years.
Ability to commute to Dayton, OH 45402.
