Job Description

About the Role

As a Senior Growth Partnerships Manager at Aura from Unity, you will be the mastermind behind the success of key, strategic clients and will oversee a book of business with a total annual worth of 8 figures. You will work with major app developers, game developers, mobile agencies, and media agencies to establish and maintain strong relationships, analyze performance, strategize improvements, and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and upsells. The role involves building client presentations, supporting sales efforts, developing product and market expertise, and leading internal and external projects to improve processes and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with major app developers, game developers, mobile agencies, and media agencies.
  • Be the main point of contact to lead and maximize business opportunities and revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients/advertising partners.
  • Own the success of high profile clients and analyze performance to strategize improvements that increase their business success.
  • Build Quarterly Business Review presentations and Competitive Insights to educate and upsell clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through upsells, strategic initiatives, and creative deals within your book of business.
  • Think critically about how to best use data for driving business and product decisions.
  • Support Sales Managers in closing new business by developing campaign strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Develop product and market expertise to advise clients on ad-buys, supply sources, attribution, bidding, ad-units, and targeting.
  • Own and drive the adoption of team projects aimed at improving internal or external processes, product improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, facilitation).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload while handling details accurately and maintaining the big picture.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, evaluate, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude willing to go the extra mile.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills to work effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
  • Previous experience in the online or mobile advertising industry, with a history of growing accounts and achieving revenue targets.
