Digital Account Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source digital media, creative services, experiential, and influencer marketing revenue opportunities.
• Prospect for new clients and support existing clients with performance reports and recaps on an as-needed basis.
• Provide profitable advertising solutions, strategies, and recommendations to clients.
• Build effective proposals, assist or lead sales pitch and presentations.
• Interpret and analyze digital marketing efforts during the pre-sale process, compile data to help close the business.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of large/major ongoing advertising accounts and campaigns to meet client's objectives.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and make recommendations to customers that result in effective advertiser solutions.
• Liaise with content, creative services, sales, and analytics regarding planning and prioritizing to assist in campaign execution.
• Cultivate positive professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist in sales and customer service efforts, providing excellent sales, service, and marketing support.
• Oversee day-to-day operations in the department including campaign trafficking, delivery, optimization, inventory forecasting, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• Excellent customer communication skills and consultative selling skills preferred.
• Event planning experience preferred.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to embrace change, take initiative, and work well in a collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and re-prioritize workload effectively.
• Takes initiative to collaborate with the team to contribute to revenue retention and growth.
• Understanding of short and long-term customer/consumer needs to assist with new business generation and customer retention.
• High degree of accuracy in all aspects of the job.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to submit to a full pre-employment background check and MVR.
