Creative Account Manager - Digital Advertising

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing client communications on a day-to-day basis.
• Overseeing all client deliverables to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
• Working with internal teams to develop and tailor communication strategies for each client.
• Finding areas of opportunity for both agency and client processes to increase workflow efficiencies.
• Utilizing client reports to recommend initiatives that improve performance across digital and social channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of account management experience, ideally at an agency working in digital and social advertising, and partnering with a creative team.
• Experience developing digital and social communications programming and plans.
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience developing and fostering client relationships.
• Ability to work onsite in Long Island City and collaborate in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with client or customer systems, confidential or proprietary information.

Qualifications

• Current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to perform work onsite in the United States.
