Taoti Creative is a boutique, full-service creative agency located on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, established in 1996. They specialize in web development, social media management, branding, experiential marketing, video, AR/VR, and more. The team is about 50 employees strong, with a mix of in-house and remote staff from over 15 countries.

Key Responsibilities

Be the day-to-day partner for one of our biggest advertising clients
Manage requests, timelines, and expectations with confidence and clarity
Represent the project team in client meetings and translate requirements into clear direction for internal teams
Keep on top of client's products, services, and marketing developments so you're always a step ahead
Develop creative briefs with strategists and creatives and guide campaigns from concept through delivery
Collaborate with internal teams (design, strategy, project management, media, events) and external partners (production companies, printers, media outlets) to deliver top-tier work
Advocate for the client and the agency in equal measure—because both matter

Requirements

3+ years of experience in account management or marketing consulting, with direct responsibility for client communication and care
Experience working with creative and production teams (bonus points if you've touched TV or radio commercials)
A working knowledge of the paid media landscape (broadcast, streaming, out-of-home, digital, social) and the ability to speak the language enough to keep assets moving correctly
A solid foundation in marketing principles that lets you offer smart recommendations to both clients and internal teams
Project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
Confidence, collaboration, and just the right amount of grit

Experience with TV or radio commercials
