About the Role

Microsoft Advertising (MSA) empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through digital advertising solutions on the Microsoft Advertising platform. The role involves developing and cultivating strategic client relationships, delivering customized solutions, and driving revenue and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan with purpose through client planning by partnering with teams, including AEs and Specialist team, to develop and execute MSA account plans, leveraging successful sales strategies.
  • Learn about the client's business drivers, compelling events, and seasonality to identify opportunities for optimization and develop sales plans for the client.
  • Influence Digital Marketing Managers, Directors, and Buying Groups by sharing insights, data, and product demonstrations to grow and optimize campaigns.
  • Optimize the existing client portfolio to achieve sales targets, maintain excellent sales hygiene, and consistently execute pipeline, opportunity management, and revenue goals.
  • Support the Account Executive in building negotiation plans to ensure smooth contract closing and timely renewals.
  • Maintain a positive approach during objections and negotiations, demonstrating expertise in MSA features and incentives, including incubation products.
  • Upsell and increase consumption of existing products, identify winning sales strategies, and replicate them across similar client types.

Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 2+ years relevant work experience in digital advertising, online media, search advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 4+ years relevant work experience in digital advertising, online media, search advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales.
  • OR 6+ years relevant work experience in sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising or search engine marketing.
  • AND 1+ year of experience managing hands-on search advertising campaigns and other performance-based digital marketing campaigns.
  • Additional qualifications include 2+ years of experience in online media or Search Engine Marketing Sales and Service experience.
