About the Role

The Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US) at Abe is a key member of the social media team, working directly with mid-market and enterprise clients to create and execute high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses. Abe is a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Meta to help clients reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. The position reports to the Associate Director and involves building custom strategies, managing paid media campaigns, and fostering client relationships in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts.
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts.
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements.
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
  • Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.
  • Ensure personal productivity and utilization.
  • Work directly with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved.
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network.
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Support B2B clients with high-performing LinkedIn strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
  • Translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients.
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
  • Understanding of different Ad Units within the LinkedIn Platform such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to tell stories with data.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per year per client or as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with programmatic campaigns.
  • Knowledge of additional analytics tools beyond Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Experience supporting global locations with established work authorization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems beyond the ones mentioned.

Qualifications

  • Established work authorization for the US or relevant country if supporting global locations.
