About the Role

Disney's Addressable Ad Operations team is seeking an Associate Account Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Sales and Advertising Operations team on one or more of our exciting brands. These brands include The Walt Disney Company's global entertainment and news television properties, owned television stations, radio, and publishing businesses such as ABC, ESPN, Hulu, Disney Channels Worldwide, Freeform, FX, National Geographic, Disney/ABC Domestic Television, and Disney Media Distribution. The role involves supporting digital advertising campaigns, working closely with sales teams, and driving efficiency within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support trafficking and screenshot requests from Account Managers.
  • Review trafficking requests and QC campaign assets.
  • Traffic video assets and implement ad tags for review.
  • Assist in troubleshooting campaign performance issues, including investigating ad server bugs, third-party discrepancies, and under-delivery issues.
  • Assist in optimizing campaigns by adjusting delivery tools at the discretion of Account Managers.
  • Assist in reporting duties based on client requests and campaign auditing.
  • Support Account Managers with monthly billing.
  • Provide after-hours support for client-related emergencies as necessary.

Requirements

  • Efficiently establish rapport and professional relationships.
  • Ability to think critically with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new productivity software.
  • Familiarity with the digital online ecosystem, including third-party ad servers such as DCM, Sizmek, Innovid, and ad serving technologies like VAST and VPAID.
  • Strong interest and curiosity in digital media, advertising, and emerging technology industries.
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in media, advertising, or relevant experience.
  • Previous internships, coursework, or work experience in digital advertising.
  • Experience working with ad sales teams, creative production studios, and/or marketing departments.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with all things tech, including consumer websites, mobile/tablet, over-the-top and connected TV platforms, and video game devices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in media, advertising, or relevant field.

  • Competitive salary range of $61,500.00-$82,300.00 per year based on experience and location.
